Parinda is a finance executive and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience in multi-site healthcare and senior living organizations. Throughout her career she has led finance, analytics, and performance initiatives that connect operational execution with financial results.

She founded Orion Strategy Consulting after years in senior leadership roles where she saw a consistent challenge inside growing organizations: strong teams and abundant data, but limited systems to translate insight into clear decisions and coordinated action. Orion was built to close that gap.

Prior to founding Orion, Parinda held senior finance and analytics leadership roles at DaVita, Aegis Living, and Merrill Gardens, working across both operating companies and institutional investment environments. This experience gives her a practical perspective on how capital strategy, operational discipline, and data infrastructure must work together to drive sustainable performance. She is also a Marquis Who’s Who honoree.
